- Leading and supporting HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
- Analysing HR data, including diversity metrics, gender pay gap, compensation and benefits trends
- Preparing high-impact presentations and reports for senior leadership
- Supporting HR administration, documentation, and compliance activities
- Partnering across departments to design and implement new HR initiatives
- Continuously identifying ways to enhance systems, workflows, and reporting
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence in Excel and data interpretation
- Experience using HRIS and reporting tools
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
📍 Based in Huntingdon with occasional travel to Waterbeach
🏠 Hybrid working - standard work-from-home days on Monday and Friday
💰 Up to £35,000, depending on experience
