We are thrilled to be working with an outstanding Cambridge based organisation to secure them an Interim Finance Director on a 6 month assignment.
Working hand in hand with the senior management team you will be working on a large transformation project, which the business is in the midst of.
You will have experience of delivery change and will be confident driving through projects.
As the interim Finance Director, processes are key, you will know what good looks like and be able to understand root causes of data issues.
Ideally you will have experience of leadership within a sizeable/complex organisations and have a track record of delivering.
Happy to roll your sleeves up and getting into the detail, process improvement and controls will also be highly important in this role.
We are looking for an immediately available candidate, who is happy to work on site in Cambridge.
