We are thrilled to be working with an outstanding Cambridge based organisation to secure them an Interim Finance Director on a 6 month System Project assignment.
As the interim Finance Director you will lead the implementation of a number of new finance systems across the business and act as the Project Manager for these. You will be responsible for successfully delivering these projects.
You will have experience of delivering change and will be confident driving through projects, working closely with the vendors and driving an implementation from start to finish.
As the interim Finance Director, processes are key, you will know what good looks like and be able to understand root causes of data issues. You'll be happy to roll your sleeves up and get into the detail, process improvement and controls will also be highly important in this role.
Ideally you will have experience of leadership within a sizeable/complex organisations and have a track record of delivering on business transformation and systems implementation projects.
We are looking for somebody who can start in the next couple of weeks, who is happy to work on site in Cambridge for a minimum of 2 days a week.
