The interim Financial Controller will have responsibility for:
- Provision of financial support and pro-active analysis to the UK FD and CEO
- Review, manage and upgrade the financial systems infrastructure to support recent and planned growth
- Manage working capital and efficiently control and forecast cash including overseeing the weekly production of the cashflow to group
- Develop the inventory management system to measure and support efficient stock utilization
- Ensure an environment of rigorous financial and cost control across the business
- Management of separate finance teams and consolidation of these teams as proposed and agreed
- Overseeing the preparation of annual budgets and regular reforecasts
- Review divisional monthly management accounts and questioning of variances
- Overseeing group quarterly VAT
- Support Acquisition and Legal teams in financial, tax and structuring due diligence
- Statutory reporting and coordination of annual audits
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant with previous experience of interim assignments and be available to start an interim role in early January.
