I am exclusively working with a PE backed multi site organisation who are urgently seeking an Interim HR Project Manager on a 3-6 month Contract, with an immediate start necessary.
This fast-paced high-volume environment promises to offer variety and challenge. My client is currently going through a significant period of change and the role will be home based, whilst working with their Northamptonshire based site.
It is essential that this individual has demonstrable and recent experience of dealing with significant change management and major restructuring, and previous interactions with Unions would be favourable.
This role is on an initial 3-6 month contract, with the potential for it to be extended, but candidates must be available to start asap.
This role offers a very competitive day rate, dependent on experience.
