As the Infrastructure Solutions Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design, development, documentation, building, and validation of system components critical to our platform.
- Reviewing design documentation at various levels.
- Providing 3rd-line support to regional teams.
- Mentoring fellow engineers.
- Collaborating with Service Management to address issues and incidents.
- Ensuring system stability.
- Occasional international travel.
- Focusing on project delivery and standard operations.
- Participating in an on-call rotation.
Our department focuses on the design, 3rd-line support, and maintenance of our Infrastructure and IT systems. We are dedicated to delivering efficient support to regional teams. Whilst engineers primarily work remotely, occasional regional travel may be required for team meetings and site visits.
