As IT systems Engineer you willbe:
* Working closely with the IT Manager and Business leads to support implementation of IT solutions
* Building and supporting resilient and innovative systems in our on-premise and cloud-based network
* Supporting users and troubleshooting problems across all platforms
* Development of strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
* Producing documentation and delivering training on our IT systems
* Keeping skills up-to-date with relevant training and pursuing formal certifications where appropriate
You will have:
* Good working knoweldge of IT hardware including servers, storage and/or network equipment
* Good working knowledge of latest desktop and server operating systems
* In-depth knowledge of Windows server and Active Directory principles
* Good working knowledge of cloud technologies including M365 and Azure
* Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
* Formal certifications appropriate to the role are desirable
* Excellent communication skills
