Outstanding package on offer to join a pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge. As the Ledger manager you will be responsible for processing invoices, payment runs and generally supporting the finance function.
Based near the train station in Cambridge this is a growing Pharma business that offers both Flexible and Hybrid working. you will need to come in to Cambridge 2/3 days a week and work your 37 hour week around the core hours of 10 -3.
Working within the finance team, the Ledger manager will be responsible for the following:
- Processing invoices, accounting entries and employee expenses
- Preparing payment runs
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
- Assisting the Management Accountant in preparation of month end duties
- Assisting the Management Accountant and Financial Accountant in preparation and assisting of year-end duties
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be asked of
Ideally you will be a proactive candidate either AAT qualified or looking to study. You will have strong communication skills and very good spreadsheet skills. This role will give you the opportunity to develop so we are looking for someone who can take advantage of that.
Salary up to £32,000 with excellent benefits
