You'll be working for an innovative, well-established and rapidly growing, award-winning, fun, and sociable company, who are expanding.
Reporting into the Head of Legal, you'll assist with mergers and acquisitions and be able to draft and negotiate first class clear, concise and appropriately balanced contractual and working documents that will deliver business - focused solutions and appropriately manage risks.
In this broad role, you will be getting involved in:
- Assist in the end to end management of mergers and acquisitions
- Identify and create post-deal documentation
- Identify areas for improvement in relation to current deal processes and ways of working
- Provide regular and bespoke reports
We're looking for someone who has experience of mergers/acquisitions, company and commercial law in B2B finance sector ideally. You'll also have experience in creating the relevant suite of contractual and working document templates and negotiating small, medium and multi-million pound contracts and contract variations.
The position will also include the driving, creation and implementation of post execution efficient processes and procedures - providing advice to ensure that all contractual obligations are adhered to by both parties.
You'll be able to multi-task and prioritise multiple workstreams as well as ensure moving deadlines are met.

£35-50,000 per annum depending on experience
