Requirements of Legal Counsel
Experience of working in house
Experience of drafting commercial contracts
Ability to work in a generalist role which will encompass many different area
Responsibilities of Legal Counsel
Providing legal advice to the business
Building relationships with external legal professionals to provide advice on specific legal areas
Drafting and assisting with construction of commercial contracts (Confidentiality/R&D/IP/Material Transfer etc)
Maintenance of the Company’s patent & trade mark estate
Assisting Company Secretary with corporate filings
Other ad-hoc project work
