Global 3PL Provider
- Strategic account planning
- Proactively work with the customer to deliver mutual value.
- Act as a key link in communication between Key Accounts and the wider business
- Work with Contract Managers to identify and develop opportunities to increase business and maximise theprofit of each key account.
- Lead the sales process for any new business opportunities received from allocated accounts across multiple lines of business
- Support the sales process by leading or supporting bids in the same or similar sectors
- Manage rate review and contract negotiation process alongside Contract Manager.
- Support the production of meaningful and accurate KPIs
- Introduce a process to ensure invoicing is set up in a timely and accurate manner.
- Accompany the Contract Manager on monthly reviews as appropriate with the customer
- Work with the Contract Manager to develop ideas for enhancing customer satisfaction
- Support the sales process by leading or supporting bids in the same or similar sectors

- Conduct periodic audits to confirm compliance.
- Accompany the Contract Manager on monthly reviews as appropriate with the customer
- Work with the Contract Manager to develop ideas for enhancing customer satisfaction
- Ideally possess experience in Account or Contract Management including the use of pricing templates, cost databases, and other supporting tools
- Possess some understanding or exposure to working within technology, automotive, logistics and/or manufacturing environments
- Commercial and analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and derive solid conclusions from analysis.
- Effective interpersonal skills, with proficient oral and written communications across all levels
- Highly customer focused with ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to empathize and understand client viewpoint and requirements
- Possess strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel, & PowerPoint.
