Main duties will include:
- All month end reporting on P&L, analytical review of variances against prior month & budget
- Full Balance sheet reconciliations
- Daily/weekly/ad hoc cost analysis to assist with decision making across the business
- Assisting with implementation of new Purchase order & accounting systems
- Ensure accurate cost accounting across the P&L, including accruals & prepayments
- Liaise with Purchase Ledger team to ensure all invoices received/accrued for
- Have an overview of Accounts Payable/Receivable and bank reconciliations
- Reconciling balances to external reports
- Various ad hoc tasks
- Opportunity to coach and help to develop more junior team member
- Must have very good excel skills and ability to work under pressure/ to tight deadlines
- A team player but able to work with basic direction.
