Supporting a busy team across marketing, business development, events and campaigns activity the Marketing Administrator will be a central point of contact for team members, the wider firm and external contacts.
As the Marketing Administrator, you will help to support an efficient and responsive operation with duties including:-
- Administrative support for events, awards and sponsorship activities
- Providing website administration support, working closely with the HR team to coordinate new starter profiles and updates
- Diary and meeting coordination for the team and events
- Editing, formatting and proofreading documents and slides
- Ensuring centralised documents are up to date
- Uploading internal and external videos to YouTube, Stream and Vimeo
- Support with monthly invoicing
- Client/network background research
- Maintain intranet pages related to the marketing function with up to date information
- Managing workflows with external suppliers
We are looking for someone with administrative and Microsoft Office experience, along with a pro-active and organised approach.
Experience of Zoom, WordPress or Squarespace would be useful.

Hybrid working (Remote/Cambridge office - currently predominantly remote working)
Hours:
Monday-Friday *Full or Part time Hours* (minimum of 28 hours per week considered)
