This unique Office Manager vacancy will focus on six key areas:

  • Office management
  • Executive support

  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • HR record keeping
  • Assisting in projects

Working in an innovative environment, below is an overview of the job:

  • Provide executive support including scheduling, travel organisation and other administrative support
  • Assist with organisation of company events
  • Manage and co-ordinate logistics, including shipping, postage and office supplies
  • Co-ordinate and manage maintenance and facilities tasks
  • Meet and greet visitors, interviewees and other external guests
  • Support health and safety activities
  • Assist with drafting and processing of corporate documentation
  • Recruitment administration - liaising with candidates/agencies, posting vacancies, arranging interviews and providing relevant details to all parties
  • Taking up references, validating right to work documentation, assisting with visa applications
  • Co-ordinate employee on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Maintain employee documentation and records
  • Assist with the management of employee benefits

We are looking for someone who is:-

  • Proactive, organised and has high attention to detail
  • Able to handle highly confidential information appropriately
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Office Management experience is essential along with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

CIPD Level 3, experience of the Skilled Worker visa application and using the UK Visa and Immigration SMS system are desirable.

Location:

Cambridge with the flexibility to work from home

Hours:

Monday-Friday 40 hours per week - 9am-6pm with core hours of 10am-3pm

Salary:

Negotiable + an attractive bonus
