Looking for a varied role which combines project and client relationship support?
This is a great opportunity for a PA/Project Co-ordinator to support a team of consultants with their project and sales activities.
Based in Cambridge, this is an 18-month fixed term contract which can either be full or part-time hours (minimum 4 full days or 5 shorter days per week).
With the majority of your time focused on broad ranging project administration including organising project trips, diary management and arranging follow-up meetings and calls, this is a very varied and exciting role for someone who enjoys prioritising and coordinating tasks and that has strong attention to detail.
Balancing fluctuating needs of the team, who are working on a number of projects simultaneously, your success will be dependent on building relationships internally and externally, generating trust in your reliability to deliver managing multiple tasks, re-prioritising work and often urgent change requests and taking ownership of tasks to completion.
Duties include:
- Supporting the project team as required, e.g. provide research support, coordinate on and offsite meetings, coordinate interviews.
- Coordinating international and UK travel for project team members.
- Assisting PMs with administering the project budget, reporting on expenditures vs. budget and ensuring project expenses are recorded appropriately.
- Supporting maintenance of the project plan.
- Assist with active management of key client contacts.
- Assist with researching prospects/leads/discussion points in support of their business development activities.
- Set up meetings and calls with external contacts.
- Work closely to plan, build and book efficient and productive US and European business trips.
- Provide logistical support with itineraries, assist with obtaining visas/vaccinations as appropriate, and complete all associated paperwork accurately and in good time.
- Liaise with external contacts visiting the office to provide in-house and local logistical support.
- Maintain the CRM database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Supporting internal meetings and other administrative tasks.
Experience in an EA/PA/Senior Administrative or project support position is essential, preferably in a consulting or client services environment. Experience in building international travel itineraries and associated diary management is required.
You will be organised, able to assess priorities, multi-task and have excellent attention to detail.
