Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to make an impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment? My client is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support their UK office operations and Executive team, based in Wokingham with hybrid flexibility

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-paced, ambitious global tech company that's scaling rapidly. You'll be working closely with the Executive Assistant/Office Manager and People & Talent team to help create a smooth and positive experience across the business, from keeping the office humming to supporting senior leaders and onboarding new team members.

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the Wokingham office, including maintaining supplies and liaising with couriers
  • Providing admin support to the Executive team (including the COO and CFO), such as expense reporting, travel bookings, meeting coordination, and ad hoc tasks
  • Helping to organise company events, team socials, and virtual/in-person UK gatherings
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records in their internal systems
  • Being a go-to person in the office to ensure things run smoothly, whether virtually or in person

  • Previous experience in a similar admin, office, or HR support role (tech/start-up environment is a bonus!)
  • Confident using tools like Teams, Slack, Trello, and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and great at juggling multiple tasks
  • Proactive and approachable, with a natural flair for communication
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a small, collaborative team
  • Someone who sees what needs doing and just gets it done, with energy and a smile

They are a global company with a local heart, collaborative, innovative, and always pushing forward. You'll be part of a team that values initiative, creativity, and having a positive impact. You'll also get flexibility in your working pattern (3 or 5 days a week), and a chance to shape the way we operate day to day.

They have excellent benefits on offer including Private Healthcare and a 10% annual bonus!

If you're someone who brings order to chaos, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to work with genuinely passionate people, we'd love to hear from you
