I am delighted to be working with a rapidly growing business, who are looking to add a part time administrator to their team. This role will be a remote role with occasional travel to the Cambridge and London office.
This role is responsible for:
- Drafting project proposals for each team
- Managing project budgets
- Collecting and filing minutes from board meetings
- Owning & maintaining the full project cycle
- Taking ownership of the timesheet systems
- Main point of contact for projects both internally and externally
- General admin duties such as, arranging travel & scheduling meetings
Skills required:
- A strong and clear verbal and written communication
- Advanced Microsoft Office user
- Working well as part of a team
- Managing deadlines
- Experience of managing projects
- Prefer AAT qualification
