EA First are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a part time Bookkeeper / Management account to join a close-knit exciting business based in Peterborough (easy access from the A1)
As the most senior member of the finance team, you will work closely with the MD and the board to run the day to finance function. This is a part time opportunity you will be required to work 22.5 hours per week and the business in flexible who these hours are made up.
This Part time bookkeeper will be responsible for:
- Production of basic management accounts
- Daily maintenance of bank account including reconciliations
- Sales ledger management
- Processing Invoices and sales receipts
- Credit Control
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate information is received on time
- Purchase ledger management
- Processing supplier payments
- Posting month end & year end journals
- Day to day filing & office administration
- Management of company credit card payments and reconciliations
- This Bookkeeper position would suit someone who is studying/ part qualified/ qualified by experience.
- Experience working within a similar role within afinance department with ability to hit the ground running
- you will have worked with finance systems QuickBooks would be advantageous.
- Ideally this client is looking for someone who is advanced Microsoft office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player and hands on
- Knowledge accounts payable
