Are you a pro-active Credit Controller who's looking for part-time work in the Ely area?
We're delighted to be recruiting for a temporary, part-time Credit Controller for six months.
Based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, this busy and varied position is working 3 days per week, exact days are flexible to suit the candidate.
You'll need to be able to hit the ground running, so must have previous credit control experience.
Duties include:
- Chasing outstanding debt over the phone and email
- Updating and tracking correspondence
- Escalating issues as and when required
- Resolving customer queries
- Ensure awareness and compliance with credit control processes and policies
- Reporting on outstanding aged debt
You'll be confident in having difficult and sometimes challenging conversations, ensuring professionalism at all times.
An immediate start is on offer for the successful candidate.

Hourly rate:
£15+ per hour (Negotiable)
