Are you a HR Consultant within the Cambridge area looking for part-time/ad-hoc hours?
We're pleased to be exclusively recruiting for a pro-active HR Consultant to support a Cambridge based business with some exciting HR projects, day to day HR/people management and ER work.
Working closely with the management, ideally the successful candidate will have flexibility to adjust the frequency of hours depending on the needs of the business and as the role dictates.
This is an exciting opportunity and whilst initially hours are more sporadic, it's possible the role and hours could grow over time.
Initially, we'd be looking for someone who could commit to 2 days per month.
Ideally, you will currently be working as a HR Consultant supporting clients, or an experienced HR Advisor/Manager. Having the CIPD qualification would be desirable.
