Are you looking for a varied HR Manager position working 4 days per week?
We're delighted to be partnering with a growing Cambridge based business in their search for a Part-time HR Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a broad role, supporting the HR team in providing a compliant HR service focused on recruiting, retaining, developing and motivating great people!
The core areas of the job include:
- Recruitment and induction
- Learning, training and development
- Payroll (supervising and checking not completing)
- Pension (supervising and checking not completing)
- Benefits
- HR Policies and Procedures
- Employee relations
- Employee Performance and Wellbeing
Ideally you'll have HR Business Partner or HR Manager experience, however if you have solid generalist experience and are looking for a step up, this would be considered.
You'll be able to demonstrate general knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, as well as maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Meeting deadlines and managing your time is important, along with the ability to inspire trust and confidence in people at all levels.
CIPD qualifications would be preferred but not essential.

Cambridge (some working from home after probation)

4 days per week (core hours of 10am-4pm with flexibility to complete hours between 8am-6pm)
