My client is a really impressive Private Equity firm offering a great opportunity within the local area.
As a Private Equity Finance Manager, you will be intergral to ensuring the firms they acquire achieve the intended goals.
It will involve close interaction with the SMT & Finance Departments of the purchased organisations.
Responsibilties will include, but not be limited to:
- acquisition accounting calculations and valuation models
- Budget and forecasting modelling
- Treasury support and cash flow modelling
- Board reporting analysis
- Year end audit support and statutory accounts
£70-75k base with bonus and benefits on offer.
