Following a major investment in a new CRM system my client is now looking for a candidate to ensure that the organisation is getting the very best out of their investment. They are looking for a permanent resource to continuously look for process improvement.
- Bed in the new platform and then tweak to make things better
- Continuous assessment of processes and controls
- Identify small pockets of improvements
- Improve sales processes
The successful candidate will have experience of implementing process change on CRM platforms ideally you will have fulfilled a similar role in an organisation of a similar size.
