We're working with an established tech business based on the outskirts of Cambridge who are still continuing to grow worldwide.
The role sits across a number of different areas of the business primarily interacting with finance and key stakeholders covering tax, legal, HR and compliance in supporting projects to set up local entities across the world.
You'll support one of the key individuals who has helped spearhead the projects, ensuring the board understands the requirements at a local level for new entities and local legislation; whether its legal issues, compliance from a reporting framework or being proactive in troubleshooting other areas to help with entity alignment.
This role would play a vital part in establishing new entities but without the hassle of doing the financial aspects and look at it from an operational/ business perspective. This is a chance to be visible across the business and wider community in a large listed business; you'd have the autonomy to take ownership of some entities while supporting the line manager in other ventures.
The successful applicant will preferably come from a finance background who has stepped into more operational or project lead roles- an understanding and appreciation of how a larger businesses operate and the potential challenges that could arise in growth in which you can troubleshoot effectively. Perhaps you've transitioned into a project manager role and looking to use those skills in a diverse position within an impressive business.
Salary £45,000-£50,000
