EA First are partnering with a highly regarded Pharmaceutical organisation to support with their search for an experienced Receptionist. This is a very impressive international organisation with the UK HQ based in London.
My client is one of the largest pharmaceuticals companies in Europe. This is a full time position that will require the successful candidate to be based in the office 5 days a week. This company pride themselves in being a unique, growing business within the Pharmaceutical industry
The Receptionist will be responsible for the following:
- Handle the day-to-day office operations professionally - working with facilities as necessary
- Answering phones and routing calls as necessary
- Organising meeting and training rooms prior and after use - including off-site rooms
- Receiving and sending out daily mails and deliveries - including distribution as necessary
- Making sure reception and office area is always presentable and tidy
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
- Relevant experience in a receptionist role - office receptionist experience necessary
- Good level of English - both written and verbal
- Experience in admin and clerical procedures
- Ability to use MS Office packages
- Friendly manner and approach
- Ability to multitask and manage their time to prioritise tasks when needed
On offer is a highly competitive salary of up to £40,000 (dependant on experience), as well as many other excellent benefits including medical insurance, bonus (8%) scheme, gym allowance etc.
