We'd like to hear from anybody with recruitment experience looking to work in a start-up environment.

However we say start-up, but we are chuffed to say that we have been profitable since our third month of operation. Furthermore, this month alone we are producing more profit than the combined previous 6 months!

Whilst all agencies are recruiting we'd like to think we can genuinely offer something different.

That is quite simply the chance to come work for a very forward looking agency where you will have the platform to grow your own business unit.

Or it you wish to simply bill, then to offer you the tools that are guaranteed to give you an edge in the market.

You'll also have the benefit of EA First having already signed terms with some of the biggest brands in the local area (FTSE/PE backed/private owned) but the freedom to come and run a business line as you see fit.

We have already recruited:

  • Finance Directors
  • Head's of HR
  • IT Directors

As a new start up we run a professional model, but vs your larger agencies there are no boundaries, there are no rules, there is simply freedom and an ability to work in a manner that is already taking away market share from our competitors!

If you want the standard role there are plenty of agencies in the market recruiting.

We want to challenge those individuals who want to grow something and have their own style of brand on that business unit. Whether that be a team or your own desk you can decide.

In return we guarantee we will offer a package that will surpass that of any other agency, and a journey that we know will be the talk of Cambridge over the coming years.

If you'd like to know more then please call in for David McGarry or submit an application.
