You will be responsible for:
- The design of the People controls framework across core People processes for financial, operational and regulatory risks
- Developing and embedding controls for new processes in the People function
- Continuous improvement and evolution of the People controls framework
- Performing controls testing and concluding on design/operational effectiveness
- Creating control metrics to monitor the control environment for end to end processes
- Providing tailored training and guidance to control operators to ensure controls are embedded
- Managing the segregation of duties ruleset for the People function including the management of privileged access and governing access request workflows
- Engaging with Technology and Product teams on IT General Controls for People applications
- Facilitating audits and liaising with internal and external auditors to resolve issues and next steps in a timely manner
The successful candidate:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Audit, risk, assurance, and compliance
- Risk and Control (Second Line of compliance)
- Risk and Control Matrices
- Segregation of Duties
- From an Audit or Big 4 (desirable) background
