Are you an ambitious, driven Sales Manager with experience of building and developing a successful sales team remotely?

You'll take complete ownership of the entire sales operation, including identifying new business opportunities and executing sales led campaigns into the prospect base, as well as leading a team to generate new business through strategic outreach activity.

Building, developing and inspiring the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets, will be something you thrive in doing and you'll be able to display examples of your previous successes in leadership and sales results.

As Sales Manager, you'll be:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of an inside B2B sales team
  • Leading the sales function, ensuring that monthly and quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Designing and implementing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve results
  • Analysing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Align internally on sales strategies and objectives
  • Provide detailed reports on team performance, market trends and sales forecasts, using data to inform strategy adjustments, as well as provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce and Zoom
  • Ensuring high morale and engagement
  • Manage all sales team processes and procedures

We're looking for a hands-on, resilient leader who can lead from the front and navigate a changing environment, be confident and have a forward-thinking approach to sales, with excellent communication skills, lots of drive, energy and ambition!

Experience managing and coaching high performing B2B inside sales teams and proven leadership experience within a fast-paced sales environment, is essential.

Industry wise - SAAS or finance related sales experience would be beneficial, but not essential.

Expectations and targets will be set at a high standard as you would anticipate at this level, but in return you'll be well rewarded including:

Remote with travel to office occasionally (South Wales area)

Hours:

Monday-Friday - full time with flexibility

Salary:

Excellent basic salary + uncapped earning potential in commission
