The organisation are looking for a detail-orientated Senior Accounts Clerk to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.
The Finance Department plays a pivotal role in various essential functions, which include:
- Billing and Income Collection: Managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely collection of income.
- Purchase Order and Invoice Processing: Overseeing the efficient handling of purchase orders and invoices.
- Accounting Controls and Asset Safeguarding: Implementing rigorous accounting controls and procedures to protect assets and financial resources.
- Payroll Data Integration: Feeding critical financial data into the payroll system.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Educational Background: A minimum of GCSE-level education.
- Finance Office Experience: Prior experience working in a finance office, specifically with knowledge of the accounts payable process.
- Strong Numeracy Skills: Exceptional numeracy skills with a demonstrated history of applying these skills effectively in a professional environment.
-Organisational Proficiency: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage priorities and handle peaks in system user support.
-Data Management: Proficiency in processing large volumes of data and adept at managing document flows. Experience in data handling and document management is a prerequisite for this role.
