This Private Equity Market Intelligence organisation have witnessed rapid growth in the last 2 years. Following a recent acquisition they have expanded their operations and reach even further and are looking for talented individuals to join them.

This Marketing team is a rapidly expanding, global team with an exciting strategy to support the long-term goals of the business. Responsibilities for them include the full marketing strategy, brand, global customer and internal communication, and portfolio marketing. It sits at the heart of the newly formed commercial function which also includes sales enablement, product management and an editorial function.

In this role as Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a pivotal part of the marketing transformation, by focusing the digital customer journey and evolution of the digital marketing landscape. This is a crucial role as part of a wider matrixed team and stakeholders to deliver a step change in digital customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver a step change digital experience and support the design and delivery of the full end to end customer lifecycle
  • Deliver new digital enhancements to existing products to achieve improvements in online and offline customer journeys, driving a step change in the technology and data that underpins the experience
  • Lead a programme of website optimisation initiatives to optimise site performance based on performance analysis, AB tests and latest competitor and industry developments
  • Drive a step change in digital analytics, measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of our websites and promoting data driven enhancements
  • Run and manage high impact outbound lead generation campaigns across all relevant digital channels
  • Deliver a digital governance framework with policies and standards

Experience required to be successful in this role:

  • B2B digital marketing experience
  • A highly experienced, commercially focused digital professional with a proven record of developing digital capability across large scale consumer facing websites
  • Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering large scale digital change initiatives with a leading consumer facing brand/or organisation
  • Demonstrable experience of running complex website(s) and providing digital channel management
  • Demonstrable value creation through web management techniques such as SEO and CRO and highly adept with using web analytics to drive change
  • A deep understanding of the role content plays in creating experiences and being apt at in identifying, developing/sourcing and curating content of all types

  • £55,000 - £65,000 + 10% bonus
