My client are a Global 3PL Provider with a strong network of sites in the Midlands.

They're looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Analyst to create a centralised hub for all reporting and data analysis for their strategic teams across UK & Europe.

Senior Logistics Analyst - UK & Europe:

  • Use a variety of databases and software programs such as JIRA, SAP, MS Excel, Oracle, and Power BI to collect, manipulate, and analyse large data sets
  • Interpret data to provide insights, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
  • Assist in enhancing the efficiency of the strategy team by automating relevant processes
  • Manage the team's Sharepoint, ensuring continual content development and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain internal reporting systems, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Manage application licenses, including JIRA and AutoCAD, Sketchup
  • Collaborate with team managers and engineers to ensure submission decks meet requirements before submission
  • Monitor and report on resource tracking for accuracy, serving as the primary contact for recharge queries
  • Support administrative tasks within the solutions engineering team
  • Ensure compliance with all standards and processes
  • Perform any other relevant duties within the scope of the role
  • Research and document local differences and legislation.

  • Highly analytical individual with a strong technical skill set
  • Strong Ms Excel with VBA skills
  • Exposure to systems including JIRA/Oracle/Power BI/Monday.com/SAP
  • Confident manipulating large data sets using various platforms (Excel/Power BI etc)
  • Familiarity with project ordering and capital expenditure administration, purchase orders, goods receipting.
  • Exposure to warehousing/logistics industry would be highly beneficial
  • Passion for logistics and supply chain
  • High motivation to learn, develop, and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure in running business reviews with senior leadership team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language

£50,000 - £60,000 + benefits

The role will be based on a hybrid/remote basis anywhere within the Midlands however there will be an expectation to travel to any one of the sites on occasion.
