The Site Manager will be responsible for managing daily warehousing, transport and distribution operations on site. Along with this, they will be the most senior person on site, with full responsibility for budgets, the P&L, and health & safety.

The key responsibilities for the role of Site Manager in Liverpool will be:
- Managing daily warehousing, transport and distribution operations, with just over 100 heads on site.
- Liaise with HR to manage and hold disciplinaries and review meetings.
- Maintaining and promoting a Health & Safety conscious culture on-site, inline with requirements and policies.
- Line manage on site mangers, driving performances against SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage stock team to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Full management of P&L, budgets and customer SLAs.
- Overseeing the performance of distribution and warehouse operations, ensuring SOPs are followed and updated to improve the operation.
The successful candidate for the role of Site Manager in Liverpool will have:
- Experience managing a fast paced distribution site.
- Experience managing and driving performance of warehousing staff and drivers.
- Experience with final mile delivery would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience managing a site's P&L.
- Be a great people manager, encouraging a performance focused and health & safety conscious culture on site.
- A strong logistics background.
The successful candidate for the role of Site Manager in Liverpool will receive:
- A salary of up to £55,000 DOE.
- 10% annual bonus.
- Private health-care.
