EA- first are proud to representing a UK market leading organisation, they are looking to recruit a C# .NET CORE Developer to join the small development team just outside of Cambridge.
The company are looking for a DotNet developer with experience in using JavaScript, Html/CSS. working on greenfield project within the business sector. The successful individual will answer to the Development Manager and work alongside the existing development team and in conjunction with wider IT operations. There will also be occasional limited involvement with legacy systems.
General Duties/Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for developing, testing, improving, and maintaining our in-house application suite
- Communicating with analyst to deliver key software features
- Refactor code and remove bugs
- Creating new and efficient UX solutions
It will be essential to have the following skills:
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
- .NET Core & C#
- T-SQL/Entity Framework/core
- The us of RESTful webservices
- JavaScript - essential
- Webservice experience (Restful) essential
- oAuth Authentication
- Design patterns / SOLID principles
- Agile development exposure
- Has experience working in a collaborative environment
- The use of workload tools such at Azure DevOps, Trello etc
It would be desirable to have the following skills
- Experience building scalable distributed solutions - beneficial
- Experience working on large transactional systems - beneficial
- Azure AD App Integration
- Azure & DevOps experience - beneficial
- Docker, containers, Swarm, Kubernetes
