In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a reputation for excellence by overseeing the preparation of IFRS and Full FRS 102 statutory accounts, both standalone and consolidated. You'll have the opportunity to drive efficiency improvements, ensure the highest quality of statutory accounts, and liaise with internal and external clients to deliver timely results.

The successful candidate:

ACA/ACCA/CA qualification essential
Significant accounting experience (UKGAAP and IFRS), audit experience advantageous
Ability to research, write, and provide professional training
Proficiency in accounting software, especially Caseware and IRIS, beneficial

Interpersonal Skills:

Motivate team members to adhere to firm policies and behaviours
Build trust and respect among junior staff, providing support when needed
Earn respect for professional judgement and offer constructive suggestions
Influence decision-making and propose solutions to operational issues
Handle challenging situations and individuals in time-pressured environments
