Objectives
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for all Talent Acquisition activities related to this Cambridge based business. They will operate across multiple departments delivering on the agreed talent acquisition strategy whilst leading day to day full-cycle operational delivery efforts from requirement definition through offer negotiation and hire.
Highlighted Key Responsibilities
Partnering with HR business partners, business leaders and hiring managers to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed and advise on the best hiring strategy
Based on market knowledge/research, external network and existing internal programs, you will provide comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy to attract the most qualified talent for the organisation
Set and manage expectations of Hiring executives and of the hiring community
Hands-on operational recruitment delivery, guiding candidates through the recruitment process and acting as their point of contact throughout, performing initial application screening, including first-stage telephone interviews, in line with the hiring manager's brief
Carry out salary benchmarking exercises and lead offer negotiations
Contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency in our recruitment process e.g. talent pooling and better use of recruitment tools
Develop and agree on service level agreements/partnerships with external parties
Qualifications
A Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources or equivalent experience
Strong track record of sourcing and recruiting, within a variety of sectors
Proven track record in driving and owning the Talent Acquisition process ensuring candidate and client management satisfaction
Strong assessment skills to assess candidate's business capabilities and key behaviours
Professional, accountable, high energy and collaborative team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure and changing environment in an autonomous manner
