This is a brand-new position within the organisation - giving the successful candidate the rare opportunity to truly shape the role and develop their career within a forward-thinking Compliance Team.

The Opportunity:

Working closely with the Technical and Compliance team, you will:

  • Support internal teams with queries across audit, financial reporting, ethics, AML and specialist compliance areas such as pensions, FCA and SAR
  • Research complex technical issues and summarise findings clearly for non-technical audiences
  • Draft internal guidance, policy updates, and external insights for clients
  • Support delivery of training and knowledge-sharing across the business
  • Monitor new legislation & standards - helping keep the firm ahead of industry change
  • Get involved in ad-hoc projects, consultation responses and cross-department collaboration

This is a role with fantastic visibility, interacting with senior stakeholders and influencing firm-wide direction on compliance and technical excellence.

Candidate Profile:

* ACA or ACCA qualification
* Strong technical financial reporting knowledge (IFRS experience advantageous)
* Audit background desirable (but not essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce concise, clear summaries
* Confident communicator who enjoys working with others
* A proactive mindset - someone who thrives on continued learning
