You will be supported as you learn and develop the knowledge required to support their wide portfolio of technologies and you will develop technical support, customer relations and technical writing skills.

Key responsibilities
- Answer technical questions and provide remote troubleshooting for customers, distributors and sales offices by email and telephone
- Share customer feedback to drive the development of future products
- Developing and maintain a technical knowledge base and product literature
- As your experience grows, occasional visits to customer's sites in Europe and beyond may also be a possibility
Ideally you will have had some experience in a similar technical support role, strong communication skills and be technically minded with an interest in Science.
