Are you a seasoned Tech Ops specialist with the ability to lead a growing IT and SecOps team? If so I am actively recruiting a TechOps director for a rapidly growing organisation to help coordinate and manage their various technical Ops function.

You will have the opportunity to work for an outstanding organisation that are transforming the way mental health problems are treated worldwide. As one of the UK's largest and most trusted providers of digital mental healthcare, the work they do already changes lives every single day. But their mental healthcare revolution is just getting started.

You will lead the IT and SecOps teams to provide secure, performant and cost-efficient technical solutions to the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient, performant and secure delivery of technical capabilities across the organisation
  • Line manage of the IT and SecOps teams
  • You will own and manage the budget for technical operations including endpoints, cloud and SaaS
  • You will work with stakeholders to meet or exceed compliance and security audits including ISO27001, SOC2 and Cyberessentials plus
  • By working with teams across the business, you will help to create effective ways of working, leveraging hardware and software solutions to improve business performance
  • Create and enact security policies that protect the company from external threats and internal risks.



Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of IT or technical operations at a senior level.
  • Experience in leading technical teams.
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, macOS and Windows estates.
  • Strong communication and management skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience managing budget.
  • Proactive and confident in recommending and implementing new processes.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to be hands on and supportive in all areas.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
