Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Tutorial Office, ensuring efficient support for students and faculty.
- Manage and lead a dedicated team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate tutorial and admissions-related activities, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance office performance and student experience.
Key Requirements:
- Substantial experience in a tutorial, admissions, or similar role within Higher Education.
- Demonstrated success in team management, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Well presented and well spoken
- High proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and database management systems.
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
Salary: £25-43,000
Parking is available, however not always guaranteed
This is a full-time position working 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours per week with a one-hour unpaid lunch break
27 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays
