Matt oversees our Not-for-Profit Division Nationally. His passion has always been within sports and exercise; he completed a Sports Coaching degree and entered the working world teaching children sports across North Yorkshire, and then the Midlands.
In the Summer of 2013, he changed his profession and started as an Associate Consultant at Michael Page, Birmingham, recruiting Finance across the Public and Not for Profit Sector. He quickly found the taste of recruitment and went from trainee to Manager within 3 years.
He since has managed Not for Profit Recruitment Division’s in the Midlands and the North of the UK. Matt prides himself on building trusting partnerships with candidates and clients, which provides the key ingredient to his consistent success in the industry. A Dad of one, and a supporter of the ‘mighty’ Middlesbrough FC.
